Duration - through 11/14/26

Location - Waco, TX 76711

Pay Range - $20 to $21.33/hour

Job summary:

Receptionist will be responsible for organizing, overseeing, and providing administrative support to the office.

Let's talk job responsibilities:

· Answer Calls and greet visitors.

· Conduct all activities and perform all job duties and functions following established, company implemented safety behaviors, processes, and procedures.

· Work with Manager and leadership on general administrative duties as assigned.

· Communicate effectively and professionally with employees, customers, support staff, Agents, and other business contacts (in person, over the phone, in writing, and via email).

· Perform customer service duties as necessary.

· Data Entry

· Any other duties as assigned by Manager.

· Sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.

· Purchase and maintain office supplies.

· Responsible for the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, phone systems, etc.

Your experience and skills:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 2+ years' experience in Office Management or Administrative function

· Clerical background preferred

· Insurance Office Experience preferred

· Ability to work with confidential information

· Verbal and written communication skills, both internal and external

· MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)

· Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently and effectively without supervision.

· Detail-oriented, organized, objective, consistent, and analytical

· Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment

· Follow established guidelines, policies and procedures
